On the afternoon of August 27, 2025, Mr. Wang Fujun, Standing Committee Member of the CPC Haizhu District Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department; Mr. Zhu Tai, Director of the Bureau of Culture, Radio, Tourism and Sports; Ms. Lü Jin, Deputy Head of the United Front Work Department; Ms. Tang Wen, Section Chief of the Party Affairs Division of the United Front Work Department; and Mr. Huang Jianwen, Deputy Section Chief of the Industry and Tourism Development Division of the Bureau of Culture, Radio, Tourism and Sports, visited HeyTrip for research and exchange.
Mr. Xuan Wenyan, Vice President and General Assistant of HeyTrip, and Ms. Xiao Wanqing, Manager of Human Resources and Administration, warmly received the visiting leaders, accompanied them on a tour of the office, and introduced HeyTrip’s business layout and team. As a technology-driven global travel resource provider with 18 years of expertise in the hotel booking sector, HeyTrip continues to provide high-quality hotel supply chain services to a diverse range of B2B clients worldwide.
During the meeting, Mr. Xuan expressed gratitude for the long-standing care and support from Haizhu District authorities. Both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on the current situation and trends of the tourism industry. It was unanimously agreed that under the current macroeconomic environment, the tourism industry is indeed facing challenges such as consumption downgrading, with significant fluctuations in the summer market. At the same time, however, new development opportunities are also emerging.
Mr. Wang Fujun fully affirmed HeyTrip’s current progress, encouraging the company to leverage its strengths in direct hotel sourcing and technological innovation to continuously enhance its comprehensive service capabilities. The leaders also emphasized the need to further strengthen communication between the government and enterprises, promote positive interaction, and jointly explore new paths for the development of the cultural and tourism industry.
This visit not only reflects the attention and support of the United Front Work Department, the Bureau of Culture, Radio, Tourism and Sports, and other government departments toward private enterprises, but also injects new confidence and momentum into HeyTrip’s future development. HeyTrip will continue to work hand in hand with industry partners to contribute more wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of Guangzhou’s cultural and tourism industry.
